Licence for “IRO-POCHI”

Licensing of “IRO-POCHI” is available !

Licensing of the universal design for the visually impaired “IRO-POCHI” has been available since 17th Feb 2022.

“IRO-POCHI” is a tag or transfer mark with a mechanism that enables the colour indicated to be identified by the sensation of touch, and has been promoted for use on textile products. Due to requests for printing products and toys, the know-how and definition of ‘IRO-POCHI’ were released to promote it as a universal design widely.

The licence is free of charge for a period of one year from the date of signing the licence agreement, and there is no restriction on the type of business of the company or organisation with which the licence agreement can be concluded. Licensees will be provided with guidelines for displaying “IRO-POCHI” size regulations, logo regulations and specification descriptions.

We help the visually impaired achieve independence by promoting the use of “IRO-POCHI” in a variety of areas.
